For such a demanding game that wasn't even made to run on ARM chips of any kind and then running on a passively cooled one with a TDP of 10 Watts, this kind of performance is *outright* impressive! And even with the top-of-the-line max and ultra chips, Apple is only really 'allowing' TDPs of up to 90W for the whole SoC (CPU, Ram AND GPU), while Nvidia is pumping 450 Watts into their top-end GPU alone! Just imagine what the future holds for Apple silicon if they endow them with higher TDPs and more appropriate cooling solutions to boot! Or how much smaller and less thermally constrained consoles can get if they embrace ARM chips! I see at least one of those happening in the future!

please, PLEASE! never test games performance in tutorial or intro. Especially when game has open world. Tutorial locations are mostly small, closed, not fulfilled with items as much as main game content and well optimized for first impression. 99% of play time you're out of tutorial location, so test the real game. It doesn't mean you'll see the difference, but it's more fair.

I think u r also recording the gameplay which is affecting the gameplay as well. Try another time just recording via a device and see if its any better.
